Most items offer a 30-day return policy beginning on the date of item shipped. You must obtain an Return Authorization Number (RMA) prior to sending your item back. Depending on the reason for return, the customer may be liable for return shipping charges as well as %15 restocking fee. Please see our full returns page for more information.
How to obtain an RMA number:
- Contact our Customer Support team for RMA authorization
The return authorization number must first be obtained from MarketNation's Customer Service by initiating a return from the place where purchased, emailing support@marketnation.com or submitting a ticket through our 'submit a ticket' portal in the upper right of your screen. - Use the MarketNation shipping label and save a copy
You will receive an email confirming the RMA number and if eligible a prepaid returns shipping label. Follow the shipping instructions on the label to send the products back to MarketNation. We are unable to process any returned product sent in not using this MarketNation provided shipping label. Keep a copy of the shipping label with the applicable tracking number provided by the carrier for your records.
